Plomo Xolo

Xolo is a criminal warlord known for dominating the ports of Central America and the Caribbean Sea, and now an ally of Mr. Zhuo. Xolo was once a low ranking gangster who saw little action since his wrath and strength normally intimidated his enemies into submission. This was until his rival "Ugly Rat" Tuko ambushed him and broke his jaw. Xolo needed a metal prosthetic jaw, which inspired him to invest into metalworking. He designed himself a set of bullet-resistant armor and a portal minigun (as well as other weapons). He became known as a human tank and was infamous for hiding inside of a truck (driven by his goons) before ambushing his enemies with extreme firepower. But even after becoming infamously world-famous for his destructiveness, he still wishes above all else to find Tuko.
