[Author's note: Hey! Part 12 beat the censor! 🎉] Within an instant, Mirei has rushed to join Akinori, Morris, and Rodriguez. As she approaches Morris, Mirei hip checks Akinori and pushes him to the side. "Ooof! Well...it looks like Mirei has decided to join us...ugh..." Mirei seems unconcerned with Akinori. "Oh, you'll be fine Aki. What isn't fine is you not introducing me to our new friend here! As Mirei leans in to get closer to Morris, Morris begins to lean back some. Morris tries to (awkwardly) speak. "Uh, hi. The name is Morris, Jackson Morris...most people just call me Morris. And you a-" "Mirei. My name is Mirei Segawa, but I'm sure Aki has alre- wait, Aki? What are you doing on the ground? Akinori rolls his eyes and sighs. Sarcasms oozes from his voice. "I don't know, Mirei. I was just standing there a moment ago, then suddenly I was knocked over by a very inconsiderate gust of wind. Can you believe it? The sarcasm is lost on Mirei, who is too infatuated with Morris to care what was said. Morris looks around and is puzzled. "Hey Mirei? Where's Mei-Lin? I thought she was with you?" This question, unlike Akinori's sarcasm, is enough to snap Mirei out of her haze. "Wait, I thought she was right here?"
