This is a lora of Chitanda's friend; Kaho, who only appears for about three minutes in the whole anime, but I've always found her to have a very cute design.
Notes:
It may have problems in generating details such as the mole on her cheek or the eyelashes covering her eye, this can be solved by increasing the number in certain cases.
It doesn't have much problem to generate any kind of outfit, just have to describe it in detail as in the examples.
