Final version was trained using Anything v5 model.You may try using additional prompts like: full body view( will most likely reduce anatomy accuracy and image quality don't reccomend), saliva,drooling mouth, cum.
Adding out of frame to negative prompt seems to help meant? If you want your character to retain clothes add nude to negative prompt.
