Recommendations:
Highresfix 4x-Animesharp or R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B, plenty of other upscalers will work great too.
I use 10 steps, denoising 0.3-0.5, upscale by 2
Do not use restore faces
Clip skip: 2
Resolution: try starting with a resolution which has 512 pixels in width or height, 512x768, or 768x512.
VAE: some versions have baked vae, set to auto, or use a external vae to override.
