This is a mesh top with a hobble skirt (hobble goes below the knee, pencil goes above the knee) However in my experience SD doesn't really give a shit about hobble vs pencil, for the sake of this the prompt is pencil. The x factor on this is that the pencil skirt almost has a STTNG vibe with a asymmetrical accent and is pretty high-waisted, so corsets flow into it usually, almost a bodycon below the breast. This is the super fun part about this one.
