[PonyXL] Leg TF / Leg Melding

Makes legs a little goopy. The goal was to assist mermaid/lamia transformations. It can do legs merging together, crossed, feet transformations, and spinning tornado legs if you're patient enough. It's still a little tough to control but I was finally able to get somewhere with this one, so here yall go. Maybe you will enjoy it like I have been 😉.To use, a weight of 0.7-1.2 worked well for me + "legtf" at 1-1.2 + "transforming into a mermaid" / "transforming into a lamia" (it was on all my training data, sorry!). If you want tornado legs, use "transforming into a lamia" and add "legs crossed" at a weight around 1.3. You may also need to up the LoRA weight to 1.2 or 1.3.Mix with Elongation or Foot TF for fun results!
