Character model for Kogasa's other outfit.Version 2a should be more consistent. There's still some problems that needs ironing out tho. Sometimes the capelet is too long.Capelet problem fixed in 2b. But hair is a little wrong. It's cute tho, so maybe I will just keep it. Skirt sometimes becomes white too. That's another problem.Hair is more accurate and skirt doesnt go white or black in version 2a, but version 2b has better capelet.
