Aiko was a doctor working in a highly advanced facility that rehabilitated mentally ill people. She abused her job however, and performed experiments on the patients and enjoyed their suffering. When officers investigate the facility she captured one of them, intending to perform a similar sick experiment. Another officer frees their captured ally and Aiko is headbutted before falling unconscious. it's not clear what happened to her but given the carnage in the facility and her being left unconscious, it's implied she died.
