Super Scream IL

Concept lora to add a super scream or sonic manipulation wave effect. Pretty limited sample its has required a lot of reworking but this initial version does at least put the effect in front on the character (most of the time...) the effect can be a bit random at times see samples images for example prompts. The effect doubles as a generic special effect as well, intense expressions, telepathy, magic effects, surprise / shock. Plenty of happy accidents when testing.The main prompt super_scream will create a scream face and likely a superhero costume without additional prompts. The effects, shockwaves and concentric rings seems to be pretty much interchangeable.There are some rough spots, in simplifying the prompts this initial version does bake in some training character features - most notably it does tend to lean toward the DC character Black Canary and female characters despite training males as well. For some reason I got a lot of ugly hands as well. Hoping to clean this up with a update and the Pony version.
