Trigger word is "pkgta" and "dark-skinned female, black hair, multicolored hair, blue eyes, eyelashes" is required.

Add "neck ribbon, yellow ribbon, black jacket, buttons, double-breasted, blue shirt, blue gloves, black pants" for her typical look.
