This LoRA adds Clara from Dislyte to your Illustrious-based model of choice! To trigger her, use the tag hera (dislyte). If you are generating through CivitAI's creator and the generation looks weird but you like the composition, try using "image-to-image hi-res fix" and the results will look well. This issue does not seem to exist in ComfyUI, for some reason.
