This is an Illustrious style lora for the character Arbiter from Killer Instinct. I am aware that Arbiter is from the Halo series, having played the good ones myself. Arbiter is a dlc character in Killer Instinct and comes with different costumes and outfits that can be unlocked. A weight of 1 to 1.25 works well with this with most models and depending on certain models.
