"Fantasy people" LoRa, I managed the webbed feet well, but not the hands.
Two points:

The default character is female. If you want a male character, remember to use (male focus) and (1boy).

For practical reasons, all the images used are nude. Sometimes models are temperamental with certain concepts and don't always give the desired results.
Recommended prompts for the concept: clawed hands, soft skin, shiny skin, wet.
Since the images are quite realistic, if you want an anime style, use (anime screencap:1.9), On the contrary, to have more realism (realistic screencap:1.9).
Using HI-Res or another tool is not a bad idea.
