Adzuki comes from a very old family. Normally yokai have a lot of trouble modernizing. It’s not like it was in the old days where you could just wait at your shrine for appeasments, lest you cause destruction in the community. You gotta get out there and make them pay attention to you. Adzuki grew up inspired by sukeban media and basically made it her entire personality. Being an Oni makes her particularly suitable for physical confrontation. Beguiling her appearance she has a heart of gold. She always sticks up for the little guy and doesn’t tolerate a bully. What you say? Wanna crack some skulls?
