VXP IL2 vPred

This model have the following specs:

1. vPred for more clear color in anime tone picture
2. support a huge aspect ratio like 1:4 ~ 4:1 (not available on pixai enviroment)
3. support both classic TAG prompting and natural language prompting.
4. huge style variation with only Prompt (anime screencap ~ phot realistic and a lot of artist tags)
