SDXL already knows the paper quilling style, but what I like about this version is the distinctive color palette. It has a light blue base with white, orange, yellow, green, and red accents. "Paper quilling" can be added to the prompt to enhance the curled paper look, but it also works without it. It can also resemble low poly art.
