I like the design a lot and I was curious to see how far I could go based on one single image (with help from Grok for multiple variations) and decided to practice training on this. Her hair color and eye color is unknown, but I trained it on Grok images that assume she is blonde with blue eyes by default.

If the author of this art (or the OC herself) ever wants this taken down then simply leave a comment below and I'll delete.
