A medium shot, eye-level illustration features a beautiful woman with an alluring and mysterious presence, positioned centrally. She has very long white hair with striking black streaks and pure white pupils that give her an otherworldly look. She wears a voluminous, dark magic-user's robe with intricate gold embroidery and heavy fabric textures. In her hand, she firmly grips a magical staff adorned with ornate floral decorations and glowing gemstones. Her expression is a subtle, enigmatic smile that conveys a hint of untrustworthiness combined with a mature, seductive charm. The background is a dim, mystical space filled with floating magical particles and a faint, hazy fog. The lighting is moody and cinematic, with cool highlights contrasting with deep shadows to emphasize her mysterious and captivating atmosphere.
