Concept - Elite Bandit Faction Leader

Julian (pronounced "Yoo-lee-ahn") Busemann is a man of great appetite. He enjoys the finer things in life: food, companionship, travel, adventure, leisure...all of these were promised to him, but he did not start off with these luxuries. The 3rd son to a lesser Europan aristocrat family, Julian saw much of what the world had to offer it's more elite members. His father and his family have carved out a small foothold in Europa, but there are fewer opportunities available to him and he would have to share his family's wealth with his siblings. This simply wouldn't do. Given the first opportunity, Julian took out a considerable loan to acquire the forces necessary to stake out a claim in the new territory colloquially referred to as Outlaw Country. The danger did not shake Julian, as the potential rewards were too great to ignore. Julian's gamble turned out to be quite lucrative, as his new territory was rich in natural resources. Mineral deposits, raw materials, and numerous bodies of good quality water were the foundation of Julian's early success. From there, he was then able to establish trade standards and shipping routes that are still used to this day in the territories of Outlaw Country. While resource extraction is still an part of Julian's wealth, he has expanded into aquatic trade routes (allied with fellow faction leader Arthur Poindexter), commercial fishing, and luxury outdoor entertainment. The lakes within his territory are highly sought after by wealthy fishermen, who are willing pay handsomely for even the opportunity to fish his waters. Wealthy hunters also compete for the opportunity to hunt large and dangerous game animals within his territory's mountains and plains. Julian Busemann is more than just a gourmand, he savors all that life has to offer. In doing so, he know what others desire as well, and he has built his fortune and reputation on this knowledge. Why would the leaders of the established countries want to destabilize Julian's rule over his territory? Many of them have favorable trade with him. The Vice Chancellor of Foreign Affairs to the Federal Union is currently vacationing with her family at one of Julian's many lakeside private resorts. Any outside power thinking of attacking Julian's territory would be considered suicidal...and he gleefully knows this. As long as he does not cross any lines or betray any allies, Julien is untouchable.
