A side-view illustration depicts a brutal scene where a man straddles the stomach of a supine teenage girl, his right fist raised high to strike her face, while his left hand grips her throat. The girl, with accurate anatomy, lies on her back with arms splayed limply, her face contorted in agony—eyes tightly shut, bruised cheek swollen red, mouth twisted in pained grimace with gritted teeth and a trickle of blood. The man, muscular build, leers sadistically with eyes wide open and a cruel grin, veins bulging on his forearm. Soft anime style with sketchy colored-pencil fills, visible paper grain texture, loose sketchy linework, rough outlines, and layered shading for a raw hand-drawn feel. Dim, harsh lighting casts dramatic shadows across their tense forms and rumpled clothing on a plain shadowed floor.
