Jessica Rosemary Wakefield The younger of twin daughters of a lawyer and an interior decorator who live in the former fish canning town of Sweet Valley near Vandenburg SFB in southern California, Jessica Wakefield is known to have come into this world four minutes after her older twin Elizabeth Wakefield (the Academician)...but when it comes to maturity, many gladly claim that Jessica is FOUR YEARS YOUNGER than Elizabeth. Where the older girl is a studious and caring — though sometimes something of a nosy busybody when it comes to helping people she feels needs help — the younger of the Wakefield twins is Ms. Super-Spontaneous, always diving headfirst into anything that catches her interest, be it boys, a new hobby or a new fashion. Tack than onto one of the strongest FISS-type powers one could get from Yiziba and one would immediately think of Jessica as a potential walking disaster. In truth, all that is correct...to a certain degree. Jessica is headstrong and seems to live her life in whatever way she feels helps her out best...but she knows there are certain limits never to cross. She can be cruel, but she's not heartless. She can be self-centred but she's not willfully blind in case something bad happens; when the chips are down, she's there to help out. And becoming the most powerful physically of her local team of metahumans, the Sweet Valley Boosters (named after the old elementary school cheerleading team she once led), certainly gives her opportunities aplenty to demonstrate that she has quite the good heart. Using a "patented Hulk manoeuvre" where she slaps her hands together at supersonic speeds to create a shockwave powerful enough to knock down a TIDAL WAVE speaks volumes. In a previous life, she (then a he) was Yiziba's champion when the then-Urusan Empire came to "invade" the World of the Forge...and he tagged the Oni champion's horns in SEVEN SECONDS! Of course, the Oni fleet commander yelled "cheating"...then got a taste of what a fight scene is all about on that planet. When it comes to the Children of the Forge, the name of Rampage (in Yizibajohei, Duohuo) ranks up there with Moroboshi Tariko's own Tuyuki when it comes to fear-factor.
