Tropical dumb

My inspiration came from Atlantropa. In addition to the dam across the Strait of Gibraltar itself, there were also plans to build a dam in the Congo to create an artificial sea there. To put it mildly, it was incredibly expensive and complex. But it was certainly epic. P.S. Yes, I played "The New Order: Last Days of Europe" — I liked it.
