Nejire Hado's Cozy Bedtime!

I've always been captivated by Nejire's vibrant energy, and this softer, more intimate moment in her bedroom really shows a different side of her charm. The warm lighting and her expressive blue eyes make this piece one of my personal favorites. If you enjoy this, please leave a like and follow for more art, and let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Shadow

character: hado_nejire 1girl, solo, very long hair, light blue hair, twin drills, drill hair, hair horns, blue eyes, in labor, giving birth, heavy breathing, open mouth, panting, grimace, clenched teeth, flushed cheeks, sweat, perspiration, tears of effort, messy hair, damp hair, semi-reclined, propped up on pillows, clutching bedsheets, white sheets, wrinkled fabric, loose nightshirt, open collar, draped blanket, covered lower body, bedroom, domestic interior, futon, pillows, warm lamplight, three-quarter view, from above Viewed from slightly above at a three-quarter angle, a young woman with very long periwinkle-blue hair is propped semi-upright against a stack of dense pillows on a wide domestic bed, caught in the heavy exertion of home labor. Her voluminous hair—shaped canonical into curving horn-like crests at the crown and winding into loose spiral drills—is disheveled and damp, with stray locks clinging flat to her sweat-sheened forehead and flushed temples. Her large blue eyes are squeezed half-shut in intense concentration, fine moisture gathering at the lashes, while her eyebrows knit sharply downward and her lips part around a strained, heavy pant. Her torso is tensed and slightly arched against the cushions; both hands clutch the pale linen bedsheets beside her hips with fierce force, her white-knuckled fingers twisting the fabric into sharp, radiating tension creases. She wears an unadorned, oversized off-white cotton nightshirt with a loose scoop collar that exposes her collarbones, the fabric visibly dampened by perspiration at the neck and chest. A thick, folded duvet drapes across her raised knees and lower body, obscuring them beneath soft folds of cotton. Beneath her, clean utility towels are neatly layered over the mattress. Warm golden illumination pours from a low wooden bedside lamp on the nightstand, highlighting the individual beads of sweat rolling down the contour of her jawline to pool in the hollow of her throat, while the rest of the bedroom recedes into quiet, amber-tinted shadow. Intimate exhaustion.
