Framed from a low angle looking upward through the sun-dappled boughs of a sprawling apple tree, a slender youth with tousled blonde hair, long side locks, and prominent pointed ears perches securely on a thick moss-covered branch. Balanced on one booted foot with his other knee bent along the bark, he wears a vibrant sky-blue tunic edged with white geometric patterns over dark arm wraps and fingerless leather gloves. His right arm stretches overhead into the leafy canopy to twist a plump red apple from its stem, while his left hand hangs low over the edge, lightly holding another ripe apple ready to drop. His gaze angles downward, a quiet, playful smirk curving his lips. Directly beneath the branch, a young woman with long golden-blonde hair parted in the center, delicate side braids, and pointed ears stands rooted in the soft clover and moss. Wearing an ivory work blouse, fitted bodice, and riding trousers, she gathers the hem of her sturdy apron with both gloved hands to form a wide pocket already heaped with polished red apples. Her face tilts upward, bright blue eyes locked onto the youth above, her expression lively with an open, breathless smile. Between them, a single dislodged green leaf spirals gently through the air under gravity's pull. Crisp afternoon sunlight fractures through the dense leaves, projecting circular dappled highlights across their clothing and illuminating airborne dust motes in golden shafts. The surrounding woodland recedes into soft green ferns, weathered trunks, and warm atmospheric haze. Pastoral and heartwarming.
