character: kitakami_(kancolle), ooi_(kancolle). A dynamic full-body shot from a low-angle view depicts kitakami_(kancolle) and ooi_(kancolle) charging side by side across a dark twilight sea. Kitakami, with black hair in two low braided bunches and blunt bangs, maintains a calm, cool expression while wearing an olive-khaki military sailor uniform and black knee socks; she holds a small gray rangefinder in one hand. Beside her, Ooi has shoulder-length brown hair and a flustered, earnest expression, dressed in a matching olive-khaki uniform and black knee socks, also gripping a gray rangefinder. Both girls are equipped with massive dark green quadruple oxygen torpedo launchers and gray masts on their backs. They are captured in mid-sprint, with spray and speed lines swirling around their legs as their torpedoes fire, slicing glowing white wakes through the water. The background features a dramatic evening sky, with a warm orange horizon fading into a deep blue zenith. The visual style is crisp and vivid, utilizing high contrast and dynamic action lines to convey a sense of intense speed.
