A high-angle, top-down shot in a gag manga style depicts a petite, chibi-style young girl who has just tripped and fallen face-first while running down a school corridor. She has brown hair tied in twintails and is dressed in a sailor uniform. Her body is sprawled forward; her arms are flung wide in a "banzai" gesture ahead of her, and her legs are splayed with thighs touching the floor and toes pointing upward. Her skirt is flipped up, revealing she is wearing no underwear, and a small puddle of urine is forming beneath her from the impact. Her expression is one of comical pain. Scattered around her on the polished floor are a pouch and a school bag. The scene is set in a brightly lit school hallway with a linear perspective. The visual style is characterized by bold outlines, vibrant colors, and a humorous, exaggerated atmosphere typical of anime comedy.
