ハリマロンとモンブラン

ポケモンのハリマロンがモンブランを美味しそうに食べている姿が愛らしくて描きました。夢中で頬張る様子を見ていると、私まで幸せな気持ちになります。

A thick green chestnut-like hood encases its head and back with conical spikes projecting backward, framing a pale cream-colored face with wide, gleaming dark eyes and a small triangular nose. Both of its short, three-clawed paws are raised close to its chest, with one paw clutching a forkful of pastry. Its mouth curves open in an ecstatic chew with puffed cheeks, while distinct flecks and crumbs of golden-brown chestnut puree and yellow sponge cake cling messily to its muzzle, lower lip, and around the corners of its mouth. Directly before its folded legs rests a white porcelain plate bearing a partially eaten mont blanc cake; the piped, thread-like vermicelli of chestnut cream is cleanly cut on one side, exposing cross-section layers of airy white cream, yellow sponge, and meringue beneath a glossy glazed candied chestnut. Strong directional warm key light sweeps from the upper left, casting pronounced, wrap-around core shadows across the spherical hood, rotund belly, and cheeks to carve out immense three-dimensional mass, countered by a crisp rim light along the right contours. Where the round ceramic plate and the creature's paws press onto the tabletop, dense ambient occlusion anchors them firmly to the surface. Joyful indulgence.
