A full body shot from a side-view perspective in a gag-manga style, depicting two small, petite girls in a school hallway. One girl with long blonde hair and a prominent ahoge is carrying another girl on her back in a piggyback carry; she has a desperate, determined facial expression as she sprints urgently toward the nurse's office. The girl being carried has brown hair styled in two-side-up pigtails; she has a relieved yet pained expression, with a small, red, bloody scrape on her knee. Both characters are depicted as chibi-style girls with a child-like build, wearing white gym shirts and navy blue bloomers. The scene is set in a bright school corridor with a polished floor and walls. The visual style is a clean anime illustration with a comedic, exaggerated atmosphere, utilizing bold outlines and vibrant colors characteristic of a gag manga.
