Till

pov, extreme close-up, from inside the mouth, looking down the throat, 1 girl, no face visible, open mouth interior, hard palate ridges, soft palate, long uvula, deep gullet, back of throat, esophagus visible as a receding tube, tongue, water, drinking, water flowing, water droplets, swallowing, flexing, peristalsis, wet mucous membrane, specular highlights, pink and red palette, subsurface scattering, depth of field, 3d render, octane render, physically based shading, subsurface scattering skin, single light source. The camera sits at the very back of her tongue, facing forward and down the tunnel of her throat: a first-person view wedged in the wet dark of her mouth, the hard palate arcing overhead as a ribbed vault, the soft palate hanging at the top of frame, and from it a single long uvula descending in a slender pink drop that trembles at its tip. Ahead and below, her mouth opens to a rim of lips — the only way out — and past them a bright slab of daylight spills in, catching the water as it comes. The water enters at that lip rim in a glossy braided stream past her front teeth, splits around the root of her tongue, and sheets down the tongue's central groove toward the camera, pooling in the hollow behind it and then running over the edge into the throat with a visible seam. The tongue is mid-flex, its surface lifted and domed by the swallow, the papillae standing up in fine wet texture, small beads of water clinging where the current slows. Her throat is a deep, dark gullet receding in layered muscular rings, the walls closing in peristaltic ripples timed to the gulp — the rings above narrowing, the rings below opening — and the esophagus shows as a deeper tunnel at the vanishing point, contracting and relaxing in sequence. Each swallow compresses the soft palate, swings the long uvula back and up toward the water stream, and makes the tongue ripple, so the three move out of phase with one another, a wave of motion travelling down the frame. Every surface is wet mucous membrane: translucent pinks shading to deep vascular reds in the crevices, subsurface scattering of the light through the soft palate so its edge glows warm orange, sharp specular glints on every droplet, and soft caustic ripple patterns cast on the throat wall by the moving water. The only light is the daylight coming in through her lips; everything behind the tongue falls off into glossy darkness, and the light dies in the throat's lowest rings. Depth of field is shallow, the near tongue edge softening, the lip rim bright and blown out, the uvula and gullet in the middle plane at razor sharpness. Palette of wet rose, coral, oxblood and creamy white, with one cold blue-white highlight in the water. Clinical, intimate, viscous.
