Devilman's True Form Unleashed!

I've always been captivated by the raw, chaotic power of Devilman, and this design really captures that intense, monstrous energy. The striking green skin and glowing eyes against the dark wings just hit different for me. If you love this demonic vibe as much as I do, please like, follow, and drop a comment below for more art!

character: devilman_(character), copyright: devilman solo, 1 character, demon creature, non-human, humanoid demon, green and black color scheme, green eyes, glowing green eyes, sharp fangs, clawed hands, clawed feet, long tail, curved horns, large bat wings, hi-tech cyber armor, segmented black armor plating, neon green circuitry lines, green glowing armor seams, reference sheet, multiple views, concept art, character design, redesign, full body, white background, no humans, front view, side view, back view, three-quarter view, detail inset, close-up of head, dynamic action pose, standing at rest pose, wings spread, tail curled, claws flexing, text, English text, bold display lettering, "devilman prototype nean cyber covers", high contrast, neon accents, pop art energy, hyper saturated colors, cel shading The image is a character reference sheet laid out on a completely empty, seamless pure-white field, nothing else present — no landscape, no floor, no horizon, no other figures of any kind. A single demon creature occupies the sheet, drawn in fully saturated green and black and nothing else beyond white negative space: deep black dominates the armor shell, the membrane of the wings and the outer hide, while vivid acid-green sits in the eyes, the skin of the exposed neck and forearms, the underside of the tail, the wing veins and the glowing filament lines running through every armor plate. The creature is rendered full body in hi-tech cyber armor — a tight black bodysuit with segmented plates across the chest, shoulders, forearms and shins, each joint broken by a fine inset green light channel; a hard armored collar rises at the neck; the plating leaves the green-skinned throat, hands and feet bare so the claws read clearly. Its head carries two curved horns sweeping back from the temples, large green eyes with slit pupils glowing under a faint rim of light, and a wide snarling mouth showing two long upper fangs and a row of smaller teeth; the pointed ear-fins flare at the jaw. Large bat wings rise behind the shoulders, the black membrane stretched between green-glowing finger bones, taloned at the top joint; a thick black tail with a green underside curls out from the lower back in a slow S and ends in a spade. Both hands hang with three long black claws half-flexed; the bare feet grip the unseen ground plane with matching claws. Four views are laid out on the sheet in a column-and-row arrangement with thin green hairline dividers: at the left a full-body front view standing square with wings half-folded and tail curved to one side, weight on the creature's right leg, left hip cocked, chin lifted, eyes angled slightly past the viewer; beside it a full-body side view in profile with the wing spread wide so the membrane catches the light and the tail extended straight behind; at the upper right a three-quarter back view showing the wing roots, the spine plate and the tail's full length swinging out; at the lower right a dynamic action pose — the creature caught mid-lunge with one clawed foot forward, torso twisted, wings flung back and one arm swiping across the frame with the claws blurred by motion. A small detail inset at the lower left magnifies the head: the green eye, the horn base and the fang over the lower lip in tight close-up. Across the top of the sheet, set in bold dark display lettering with a hard green glow edge, the title reads "devilman prototype nean cyber covers", the largest text on the page, followed on the bottom line by a smaller illegible strip of micro-caption notes, callout arrows and measurement ticks that frame each view without competing with it. The piece is lit as flat design-sheet illustration — no directional scene light, only crisp cel shading and a narrow green rim on the armor edges; hard cast shadows sit directly beneath each figure's feet so it reads as standing on the white ground plane, and one small physical tell: the green light channels on the armor bloom very slightly where they meet the black plating, brightest nearest the joints and fading along the limb. Concept-art crisp, catalogue-like, effortlessly severe.
