Back in reality, Lloyd is forced to confront the dangerous truth within his feelings: does he love Mira herself, or does he love the eternal beauty of the Doll he created—someone who will never age and can always be repaired? Surrounded by countless thorns, Purple Rose watches with a smile as Red Rose and Blue Rose guard her false paradise. Yet Lloyd embraces Mira’s exposed mechanical body and chooses her not as his creation, but as a person whose heart can change, resist, and even reject him.
