毒崎の傭兵軍団を配下に持つ傭兵会社[ミリタリープロジェクトグループ]の社長で元自衛官｡最終階級は3等陸佐｡自衛官の仕事に見切りをつけて自ら傭兵会社MPGを設立､世界各国に傭兵部隊を貸し出している。お得意さんは当然国家元首等の高名な人物で黒斗は莫大な報酬を自分の口座に移している。武器の売買も平気な顔をして行なっている｡まさに死の商人だ。それもそのはず、この男は東京大学卒で学生時代は経済学と政治学を専攻していた。だから何をやっても天才的である｡捕まえた忍びの子孫の少年少女たちに色んな実験をする時もある｡例えば自らが創り出した戦闘力向上システム[バーサーカーシステム]という戦闘狂を創り出すシステムによって少年少女たちは同じ忍者の子孫の少年少女たちと闘わされるという悲しみを生む。当然傭兵どもにもこのシステムを導入している｡毒崎はこのシステムを創った黒斗をひそか毛嫌いしている｡
