Felt like i should list it down Shifted my negative energy from "sigh" to "heh" so everything has gotten better. My thinking, seeing and taste. I always feared this version of me for ages. For a while my old self and thinking haunted me soo bad i felt misplaced. I can't explain in words how difficult and challenging it is to believe in something u can't see yet but must do it despite all the things holding you back. Disappointing but amazing. Changed most of my worst bad habits after i learnt to pause before i crashed in anger and frustration. Hurting myself, animals, others and going nuts. It was a symptom that my mind and body can't take more negativity and neglect. Now i feel so much easier and energetic that i am able to handle things much better. Not perfect but, much better if your mentally and physically sick then nothing would work. That's what I've learnt. Thank you for supporting me through this whole time. Love yall! See ya!
