Change the central purple eggplant character in image1 by adding two small, stubby purple cartoon arms emerging from its upper sides. The arms cross in front of its chest in an X pattern, ending in small mitten-like hands with three visible fingers that firmly grip the golden heqa-scepter and necha-flail so the implements cross neatly over the chest, with the crook curling outward and the flail's beaded strands dangling naturally. Keep the blonde elf attendant kneeling on the left offering a tray of grapes and wine, the white-haired catgirl standing on the right holding a green palm-frond flabellum, the golden pharaoh throne, the eggplant's golden nemes headdress with a cobra emblem, and the golden hieroglyph-covered pillars unchanged. The rest of the image remains the same as the input image1.
