character: cirno. A full body shot from a low-angle perspective features cirno standing amidst a raging blizzard, glaring intensely at the viewer. She has a serious expression with wide-open eyes and constricted pupils that glow with a piercing light. Her right arm is thrust forward toward the camera, her hand encased in jagged, translucent ice. Her short blue hair and blue dress flutter violently in the wind, and her ice wings shimmer behind her. The background is a chaotic whiteout of swirling snow and frost. The scene is heavily backlit, creating a strong rim light effect around her silhouette and enhancing the dramatic, cold atmosphere. The visual style is a high-quality anime illustration with high contrast and sharp details on the ice crystals.
