Viewed from slightly below in an intimate upper-body composition, a beautiful woman tilts her head back toward the stormy sky in gut-wrenching, unbridled grief. Her silver hair is swept smoothly back and tied into a clean updo behind the crown of her head, held in place by a solitary hair ornament, with fine wet strands plastered by rain against her neck and temples. Both ears remain entirely bare and free of jewelry. Her eyes are squeezed tightly shut in agonized sorrow, long wet lashes trembling as thick tears burst from the corners of her closed lids to stream down her pale, flushed cheeks. Directly beneath her right eye, a single small, crisp dark mole is clearly visible against her glistening skin. Her mouth is pulled wide open in a raw, desperate scream, vocal cords straining and teeth bared as she wails into the downpour. She wears a plain, deep forest-green yukata whose collar clings heavily to her collarbones, the fabric soaked through and darkened by the deluge. Cold, diffused slate-grey ambient light filters downward through the storm, catching the wet sheen on her skin and the dripping folds of cloth. Raindrops shatter into fine mist upon striking her upturned clavicle and shoulders, with continuous rivulets of water channeling along the folded edge of the dark green lapel and dripping steadily from her chin. The palette is restrained to deep moss greens, cool silvers, and rainy charcoals, punctuated only by the tender red flush across her weeping face. Rendered in a thick-painted impasto anime style with subtle watercolor bleeding, soft blended shading, and a moist, painterly finish that balances solid volume with atmospheric softness. Heartbreaking anguish.
