Hunky super soldier is in the Sci-Fi futuristic military. He was just given some super serum, so he's being monitored to see how it affects him. A sudden surge of power runs through his body, making all his vitals spike high on the charts. The monitor screen shows sky high levels of everything, but the soldier feels more energetic and powerful than ever. He gains super strength as he breaks the straps on his wrists tat hold him down. He stands on his feet with his arms out, all his muscles completely flexed. His eyes sparkle and waves of energy flow outwards from his body. His testosterone flows heavily, making him bigger and stronger (his body hair does not change, that stays the same).
