The appendages are deliberately asymmetrical:
Illya's anatomical LEFT appendage carries a dramatically oversized Fiddler crab pincer. It is broad, thick, and rounded, with two clearly visible opposing jaws. Its surface is polished radiant gold with brilliant white-gold luminous edges.
