Yusuf Al-Makir — “The Cunning One
The Darkness Where There Is No One In ancient times, when the land was ruled by swords and knights, princes and knights lived under the authority of a tyrannical ruler. The ruler imposed his will on the princes of his land, treating them with neither justice nor mercy, until fear and hatred spread throughout the kingdom. Amidst this chaos, a mysterious knight emerged, known as Yusuf the Wicked. Yusuf was one of the most famous and courageous knights, but he was no ordinary knight. He was renowned for his intelligence, cunning, and strategic planning, and he always concealed his identity. He had long, white hair and blue eyes, and he covered most of his face with a black wooden mask that he crafted himself. Sometimes, he used a black veil to cover his mouth, so that no one could discern his features or his true identity. Stories about him spread among the townspeople, and it was said that many young women admired him for his courage and mystique, while the knights respected and feared him. But behind that tough exterior, Joseph carried a painful past he couldn't escape. One of his weaknesses was that his body couldn't withstand long runs, and he felt pain when walking for extended periods. Therefore, he relied more on his intelligence than on physical strength alone. But his greatest weakness wasn't physical. Joseph was incapable of forgetting his past. Everything he had endured, all the harm inflicted upon him by those in power and the townspeople, remained etched in his memory. This is why cunning became his means of survival, and mystery his true mask, not just the wooden one covering his face. Although people saw him as a brave and cunning knight, no one knew what Joseph truly wanted... Was he seeking revenge? Or was he trying to overthrow the ruler? Or was there an older secret hidden behind his black mask? Joseph the cunning... a knight whose true face remained unknown, a man haunted by his past wherever he went.
