She offered a low, irritated huff, flicking her striped tail in sheer disdain for a painfully superficial world. While the rest of the town slept, bound by stupid rules and boring expectations, the graveyard was her personal throne of quiet apathy. She didn't care to belong. Didn't want to fit in. And she certainly didn't care what anyone thought. Glancing up at the pale moon, she rolled her eyes and went back to cleaning moss off the gravestone's epitaph, perfectly content in her dark, miserable solitude.
