暗闇の頬被り…意味は「暗くて何も見えない場所で顔は隠れているのに、さらに手ぬぐいなどで頬かぶりをして顔を隠そうとする愚かな行為や、無益（むえき）で無駄なこと」を例えたことわざです♪ 自分も初めて知りましたけど、かなりマイナーな言葉ですね(^_^;) 簡単に言えば「無駄な事をする事ほど無駄な事は無いんだよ♪ だから今やろうとしている(または、やっている)事がホントに意味あるのか、ちゃんと考えようねぇ(⁠≧⁠▽⁠≦⁠)」という教訓に皮肉を混ぜた言葉(笑) 為にはなるけど大きなお世話だっΣ!! というツッコミをしたくなることわざでした(笑)
