Part 7 of the Rubric Maxim is Complete

I always expected that completing Part 7 of the Rubric Maxim would be emotional. I always knew that this part would be the most complicated and difficult. When I started writing I was always worried about this climactic section being too much to manage, too difficult to get to hang together, too unsettled in my head. But I never had any idea that before I finished it my life would be turned completely upside down. The last 6 weeks have been the hardest of my life. For a long while I seriously considered giving up on finishing my story. But I’m glad I persevered because I think Part 7 came out well. Part 7 is now available with parts 1-6 on the dropbox. I’ll be gone this weekend, but when I get back I’ll share some more images from Part 7, including introducing all the new characters. And a huge “Thank you!” to all of my readers. Your support means the world to me. This scene is from Chapter 106 and shows Ralf and Mirrium at the edge of the Erminegarde River.

Create an image the characters at the edge of a ledge over a river. Match the style of the image to the original images. The girl is petite and delicate, about 15 and wearing an oversized red coat over a blue dress with a white collar. She has soft, light brown and slightly curly hair with green eyes. The only buildings visible in the background are warehouses and rowhomes. There are no lights visible and it appears to be about midday.
