character: konjiki_no_yami, yuuki_mikan 2girls, from above, high angle, sitting, engawa, wooden porch, leaning forward, blonde hair, very long hair, hair intakes, hair between eyes, red eyes, hair ornament, bare shoulders, detached sleeves, black dress, thigh strap, brown hair, long hair, side ponytail, hair clip, brown eyes, sleeveless shirt, pleated skirt, eating, taiyaki, holding food, paper bag, crumb on face, looking at another, warm smile, dappled sunlight, summer afternoon From above at a gentle high angle, two girls sit side by side on the polished cedar boards of an open garden engawa. On the right, a petite girl with floor-length golden-blonde hair—sculpted into pointed hair intakes at the crown, bangs framing the bridge of her nose, and held by two dark hair clips—rests with one knee drawn toward her chest, her immense golden tresses spilling across the wooden planks. She wears a form-fitting strapless black dress that leaves her shoulders completely bare, paired with detached black sleeves and a single dark strap buckled around her upper thigh. Both of her hands hold a golden-brown fish-shaped taiyaki pastry close to her mouth; a single crisp crumb clings to the corner of her lower lip as her ruby-red eyes glance sideways in quiet, stoic enjoyment. To her left, a cheerful girl with warm chestnut-brown hair pulled into a loose side ponytail by an orange hair clip leans her upper body forward, resting one palm flat against the sunlit wood while her other hand loosely cradles a folded paper pastry bag in her lap. Clad in a sleeveless pastel-yellow collared shirt and a pleated coral-pink skirt, she tilts her head with a sunny, closed-lip smile, her amber-brown eyes fixed directly on her companion's face. Overhead maple leaves filter the bright afternoon light, projecting dappled shadows across the grain of the porch and the hem of their clothes, while soft green foliage blurs gently in the garden beyond. Warm and tender.
