Seen from below at a dynamic low angle, a majestic dragon formed entirely from a living daikon radish surges upward from the broken earth. Its sinuous, serpentine body is carved from pristine, plump ivory-white radish flesh, detailed with faint natural horizontal root rings and tapering gracefully toward a root-tipped tail. Four stout draconic limbs clutch the air with pale, rootlet talons, while long fibrous root tendrils stream back from its jowls like traditional dragon barbels. A voluminous mane and dorsal crest of serrated, vibrant emerald daikon greens flares along its spine, spreading into two broad, leafy wing frills that cup the morning air. Its draconic head twists toward the sky with parted jaws, revealing crisp white interior fangs and glowing amber reptilian eyes fixed on the horizon. Below, a deep furrow in the dark, tilled garden soil lies ruptured, sending moist dark clods of earth tumbling in mid-air beneath its ascending thrust. Warm early-morning sunlight rakes from the upper right, casting strong cast shadows beneath its underbelly while rendering the thin margins of its green leaf-wings brilliantly translucent with glowing veins. Beaded droplets of morning dew fling outward in arcs from the trailing leaf frills, glittering as they catch the direct sun against the rich brown soil. Whimsical grandeur.
