Chi-Chi's Cozy Kitchen Selfie | Dragon Ball Z

I've always adored Chi-Chi's fierce yet caring personality in Dragon Ball Z, and I wanted to capture a more relaxed, domestic side of her here. There's something so charming about seeing her in an oversized shirt, taking a selfie while cooking in the kitchen. If you enjoy this mature take on her character, please leave a like and follow for more art!

Across the top white header, bold black lettering displays the verbatim text: "If you come home and find your wife's mother like this. What would you do?". Below the text, the camera captures a three-quarter view from behind in portrait framing, executed with the unpolished perspective of an authentic smartphone snapshot. An adult woman stands on the kitchen tile floor with her weight shifted naturally toward one hip, turning her upper body and glancing back over her shoulder directly into the lens. Her expression is a warm, inviting smile with softly relaxed lips and gentle dark eyes. Her dark hair is styled into a tidy, rounded high bun secured at the crown, with slender sidelocks trailing past her ears and jawline, leaving both ears bare and unadorned. She wears exclusively a single oversized, loose heather-blue cotton t-shirt that drapes comfortably across her shoulders and upper torso; the wide hem falls to upper-thigh level, leaving her hips and legs entirely bare below it to reveal smooth, thick thighs and bare calves, with an open collar revealing her bare neck. In one hand, she holds a sleek smartphone lifted close to her chest, its back facing outward as her fingers curl delicately around the chassis. The surrounding small home kitchen is neatly kept: along the adjoining wall stands a clean white stove with a dark frying pan resting on a burner beneath an overhead white range hood, flanked by clean white kitchen cabinets. On the countertop beside her sits a ceramic plate of freshly prepared hot food with faint wisps of steam rising straight upward, adjacent to a drying rack of washed dishes. Warm indoor lighting from soft ceiling fixtures bathes the space in an amber hue, casting smooth gradients across the cabinetry and defining the contours of her silhouette. The rendering follows a mature anime aesthetic with glossy, high-finish rendering, organic composition, airbrushed skin with warm highlights, controlled color harmony, and seamless brushwork. Intimate and cozy.
