Kikuchi Makoto: Sunset Stroll

I've always been captivated by Makoto's refreshing tomboy charm, and this piece really captures her cool yet approachable vibe. The way the warm sunset light catches her red hair and jacket is just perfect. If you enjoy this, please leave a like and follow for more art! Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

character: kikuchi_makoto 1girl, solo, cowboy shot, from below, slight dutch angle, short hair, spiky hair, red hair, antenna hair, grey eyes, athletic build, black jacket, long sleeves, micro shorts, bare legs, hand in pocket, weight shift, smirk, looking at viewer, realistic illustration, photorealistic anime, dramatic lighting, depth of field Seen from a low angle with a slight dutch tilt, the athletic girl stands in a confident three-quarter stance against a minimalist brutalist concrete wall at dusk. Her short, layered red hair is sharply textured into distinct spiky tresses that catch the ambient light, with a few stray wisps standing upright at the crown. Her striking grey-purple eyes look directly into the camera with an assured, half-smirking expression, one eyebrow subtly raised. She wears a tailored matte-black jacket with long sleeves extending fully to the wrists, the front zipped halfway up, while the heavy fabric wrinkles realistically around the bend of her elbows. Below the hem of the jacket, dark micro shorts sit high on her hips, leaving her toned thighs and legs bare. Her left hand is tucked casually into the jacket pocket, hiking that side of the garment slightly, while her right arm hangs relaxed at her side with fingers curled naturally. A warm amber rim light grazes her left side, causing the outer edges of her crimson hair spikes to glow translucent with subsurface scattering, contrasting against the cool desaturated charcoal shadows across the concrete. A diagonal cast shadow stretches along the pavement behind her feet. Confident and stylish.
