character: isuzu_(kancolle) in her exact official base outfit, matching the official standing art. A full body shot from a 3/4 view shows her standing on the textured steel deck of a destroyer, bright blue sky and sparkling ocean behind her, warm daylight. Her outfit: a white short-sleeved sailor blouse with a white sailor collar and a brown neckerchief with a small white anchor pattern at the chest; a red pleated mini skirt; white detached sleeves covering her forearms; white thigh-high boots with grey and black accents and brown soles. She has very long dark teal-navy hair in high twintails tied with white ribbon bows, teal-blue eyes, and a bright energetic smile. Her right hand holds up a grey twin gun turret rigging piece while her left hand makes a playful peace sign near her cheek; her grey rigging with torpedo racks is visible behind her. CRITICAL ANATOMY — perfect hands, correct hand anatomy: both hands have all five perfectly defined delicate fingers individually articulated and clearly seen, wrist-to-fingertip fully drawn, slender dainty small feminine hands, well-defined knuckles and wrists; the peace-sign fingers are cleanly separated, nothing fused, nothing blended, no missing fingers, no extra fingers. Crisp painterly anime style, gentle highlights glinting on the deck plating and fluffy cumulus clouds in the vivid blue sky.
