The turquoise-green slime girl fills nearly the entire picture as an extreme close-up of her breasts, shoulder, and face: her body is a plump, see-through liquid mass the colour of deep sea glass, translucent enough that the boy's small silhouette and the shapes of her arms show through the skin, and drips of slime hang off everything. Only one eye, one arm, and one hand are actually visible; the arm reaches down toward the lower right corner, fingers half-sunk into a glossy slime puddle that sags across the foreground. Her gigantic breasts are covered: folds of white slime-cloth and wide pale-blue sleeves, her first costume's white shirt and blue skirt slimed flat across her chest, and a froghair ornament and snake-hair ornament and hair tubes dissolve at the edge of her turquoise-green liquid hair. In the lower left she has a small human shota boy gripped in her hand, his legs kicking, arms pushing against her fingers. Her gigantic thick tongue is a long turquoise-green coil, so long it curls up and over the boy's face, gluing his head and mouth into her sticky goo and pulling him inward; a strand of saliva runs from her lips to the boy's face. The boy's head is already sinking into the soft translucent skin of the tongue; one small hand pushes at the slime and the other claw is caught on her thumb. Her mouth is open with heavy breathing, her tongue and face dripping, and her giant moist eye is half-closed above the boy, fixed on him; she has a smug, seductive half-smile, drops of sweat on the slime face. The background is a wall of turquoise-green slime from which the wet skin fades into the surroundings, slick with heavy highlights and a slime pool below. Light comes from up and behind her, making the translucent body glow at its edges and leaving the underside where the boy is a darker teal. Cold turquoise-and-white palette, glossy liquid highlights, damp and monstrous, with a gooey wet shota-feeding close-up.
