character: marinette_dupain-cheng, ladybug_(miraculous_ladybug), limbless_pantsless_pantieless_marinette_dupain-cheng, copyright: miraculous_ladybug 1girl, solo, marinette dupain-cheng, blue hair, blue eyes, twin braids, short braids, bangs, limbless, torso only, no arms, no legs, armless, legless, floating torso, black blazer, open jacket, white shirt, bare lower body, no pants, no panties, bare hips, bare thighs absent, exposed hips, bare lower torso, blush, looking away, looking to the side, head tilt, parted lips, nervous, design piece, plain background, soft light A vertical studio bust study of a single floating torso against a completely empty warm off-white field, lit by one soft large light from the upper left. The view is slightly from below at short eye-level-to-chest height, so the torso reads as hovering just at the camera's eyeline and the flat seamless ground fills the frame behind it. The girl's head and upper body are the whole subject: her torso ends cleanly below the navel with a smooth, seamless rounded termination of the skin — no attachment point, no stumps, no arms and no legs anywhere in frame. She wears exactly one garment: a black blazer worn open over a white collared shirt, the blazer sleeves hanging empty and flat since there are no arms to fill them, the collar slightly askew, the shirt hem cut off at the waist so her bare lower abdomen and hips are fully exposed skin with nothing covering them — no pants, no underwear, no lower garment of any kind, bare hips reading as smooth uninterrupted skin all the way to the clean termination. Her head is tilted to one side, chin slightly down, eyes glancing off to her right out of frame with a flustered, embarrassed half-smile, lips parted on a small breath, a blush spread across both cheeks and the bridge of her nose; her dark blue hair is short with bangs and two small low braids, the braid tips swinging a little to the right as if from a small recent motion, weight carried as if the torso is lightly buoyed. The single soft key from upper left strikes the left side of her face, the left shoulder of the blazer and the left curve of her bare hip; the right side of her face and torso fall into a gentle open shadow, and a soft dark cast shadow floats on the empty ground below and to her right, closer and tighter than the body it belongs to — the only evidence of how near the ground the torso hovers. The palette is limited to warm off-white ground, deep blue hair, warm skin with pink blush, black blazer and white shirt, nothing else admitted. Clean cel-shaded linework, flat colour with one soft shadow tone, careful attention to the seam where the blazer's shoulder fabric hangs empty and the line of bare skin at her waist. Quiet, bashful, faintly vulnerable.
